We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities such as:

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
Islamabad Tea Company will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
